What we collect

• When you visit: the host's technical logs (IP address, date, page visited), kept briefly for the security of the site.

No tracking cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies, no analytics tools and no social media pixels.

Why

We use your data only to process and ship your order, keep you informed about your pre-order, answer your messages and meet our accounting obligations.

Service providers

Some providers may process data outside Switzerland or the European Union, with the safeguards required by law (standard contractual clauses).

• Stripe (payment): processes your payment data; we never have access to your card details.
• The website host.
• The carrier (for example Swiss Post): receives your name and address for delivery.

Retention

Order data is kept for the legal accounting retention period (10 years in Switzerland). Messages are kept as long as needed to answer you.
