1. Seller

Sales on https://revenir-a-soi.com are concluded with Chloé Borge, Zollstrasse 14, 8005 Zurich, Switzerland (bonjour@revenir-a-soi.com).

2. Product

The Return to Yourself Oracle box contains 53 illustrated cards and a 124-page guidebook, in French. Photos on this site are presentation images; slight colour differences from the printed product are possible.

3. Pre-order

The box is sold as a pre-order. We keep you informed by email about progress and the shipping date.

If shipping is delayed by more than three months beyond the announced date, you may cancel your order at any time before shipping and receive a full refund. If the project could not be printed, all pre-orders are refunded in full.

4. Price and payment

The price is shown in Swiss francs (CHF 29.90) and, for reference, in euros. The price includes shipping to Switzerland and the European Union. Payment is made online when you order, through Stripe (card, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other methods offered). We never have access to your card details.

5. Delivery

We ship to Switzerland and the European Union. For deliveries outside Switzerland, customs duties or import VAT may be charged by the carrier on delivery; these are paid by the buyer.

6. Defective product

If your box arrives damaged or incomplete, send us a photo at bonjour@revenir-a-soi.com within 14 days and we will send a replacement free of charge.

7. Health notice

The oracle offers wellbeing actions and information. It does not replace medical advice. If in doubt about your health, consult your doctor before changing your diet or physical activity.

8. Applicable law

Swiss law applies. If you live in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. In case of a dispute, please write to us first: we always look for an amicable solution.
